I have found that most people reflect back to me what I give them just like a mirror. When we examine all our experiences, both positive and negative, we will see that when we are happy, others are happy. When we are enthusiastic, others are enthusiastic. When we are upset, others become upset.

When we go into a situation where others are in a different emotional state than we are, it is wise to keep in mind that we may also be influenced and reflect back to them what they gave us. This is great if it is a positive emotional state; but what if it is negative? We have a choice. We can choose to mirror them or we can step back from the negativity and choose to be positive.

Remember, what we give is usually what we will receive!
